The product uses a special electronic control principle to control the electromagnetic motors generate tension. The tension is adjusted by a small knob to adjust the input current to set the tension size, simple and convenient.
Tension rod connected to a sensor, thus sensing the tension change during the winding to change the tension of the output of the motor to achieve accurate steady tension. The whole control feedback is a closed loop. Response time in microseconds.
Adopted the non-contact braking, so there is no any mechanical friction except the mechanical friction cost by the bearings. So as to make the set of device stability, durability, and meet the operation of high-speed got big improvement.
Tension control core body is installed in side the tensioner, only need to provide DC24V power supply from outside, it can be adjusted the tension, and it also with tension attenuation mechanism, wire jump preventer, Disconnection alarm mechanism.
