Product Description
ETA series products are developed to realize closed-loop control, the auto-control accuracy of tension is ± 2% of the full scope, and it also equips with multiple tension setting functions, the actual tension output can be exactly the same as whatever tension being set to achieve the intelligent control, and the real-time tension value can be displayed on OLED screen. The tension is controlled by excitation current which is more accurate and stable without impacting from winding speed.

1: Auto-Adjustment system without manual intervention by using closed-loop tension control, which can keep the actual winding tension consistent with setting tension.
2:No external impact from physical friction force, and the accuracy of the tension control is ± 2% of the full scope
3:Equip with an OLED screen which is easy and convenient to use
4:The hooking tension and the winding tension can be freely switched by the external input signal per the tension being set on.
5:It is easy to do the setup by just inputting the tension number required, dramatically improving the machine setup efficiency.
6:Using Modbus RTU (485) communication protocol that can realize network communication, can access the real-time tension data through the PLC, PC, and other industrial equipment, as well as the target tension setup
7:Equip with a speed sensor to have the function of checking the real-time winding speed
8:Equip with alarm function for better tension control per the specification being set on (Upper and lower limitation), as well as the wire broken alarm function, and the alarm function can be set up on the Menu.
